Hershey’s Sour Cream Cake (13x9-inch)
1 3/4 cups flour 1 1/4 cups sugar 3/4 cup cocoa 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2/3 cup margarine, softened 1 1/2 cups sour cream 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt in large mixer bowl. Blend in remaining ingredients on low speed. Beat 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into greased and floured 13x9-inch pan.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
