Evie's Tender Round Steak
Pound round steak and cut into serving size pieces. Roll in flour. Salt and pepper it.
Brown steak in butter; remove from skillet.
Stir into skillet: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can hot water 2 cans mushrooms, drained 1 teaspoon dry instant beef broth
Put steak back in and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Makes its own gravy. Delicious!
