Spicy Grilled Shrimp
Mix together: 2 large garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 Tbsp kosher/sea salt 2 tsp paprika 4 tsp freshly squeezed lemon 4 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 to pounds (20-30/pound) peeled, rinsed, drained, uncooked shrimp
Put all in ziplock bag and mix. Marinate in refrigerator 2-3 hours.
Grill 2-3 minutes per side, turning once. Serve with blue cheese.
Be prepared for these to be gobbled up. Great as appetizer or as a meal.
