French Fried Olives
24 jumbo stuffed green olives seasoned bread or cracker crumbs, as needed 1 egg, beaten 1 dash salt peanut oil, for deep-frying
Roll olives in fine seasoned cracker crumbs.
Dip in beaten egg with dash of salt added. Roll in crumbs again.
Fry in deep, hot fat peanut oil.
Drain on uncoated paper plates or paper towels and serve hot.
