Vinegar Pie
1 cup sugar 2 tbsp unbleached flour 1 cup cold water 5 tbsp vinegar 2 1/2 tbsp butter 4 large eggs, beaten
Combine sugar and flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a saucepan. Cook until thick and pour into prepared pie crust.
Bake in a 375 degrees F. oven until crust is brown.
