Cajun Oven Fries

Cut two russet potatoes (about 8 ounces each) into French fry shapes; coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with 2 to 3 teaspoons Cajun or Creole seasoning. Arrange potato pieces in a single layer on nonstick baking sheet.

Roast, turning once about halfway through roasting, in preheated 425-degree oven 15 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
