Blueberry Cheese Pie
Crust: 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 2 Tbsp sugar
Filling: 1 lb cream cheese (2 8-oz pkgs) 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup sugar
Topping: 1 cup blueberry pie filling 2 Tbsp sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar until crumbly. Line a 9-inch pie pan with the mixture.
Bake for 6 minutes. Cool.
Blend the cream cheese, sour cream and sugar. Pour into pie shell. Top with blueberry pie filling. Sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Chill and serve.
