Bourbon Balls
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar, divided 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup pecans 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 3 tbsp bourbon 2 tbsp light corn syrup
In bowl of food processor*, combine 1 cup confectioner's sugar, graham cracker crumbs, pecans and cocoa. Process with quick on/off pulses.
Add bourbon and corn syrup. Process, using quick on/off pulses, until mixture begins to hold together.
Press and roll mixture into 1 inch balls.
Toss each ball in remaining 1/2 cup confectioners sugar to coat.
Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
* If desired, pecans can be finely chopped and ingredients mixed together by hand.
