Caramel Fudge
3 cups sugar 4 cups whipping cream (thick farm cream is best, but others will work) 1 1/2 cup dark Karo corn syrup 16 Tbsp. melted margarine 16 Tbsp. flour
Cook sugar, syrup and 1/2 the cream to a rolling boil and add other cream slowly; don't stop boiling, always stir, to a soft ball stage.
Mix melted margarine and flour together and add to other at soft ball stage. Stir constantly until it reaches firm ball stage on candy thermometer. May add lots of walnuts if you like them as well.
Pour into buttered dish until firm.
