Haven't tried this but it sure looks easy and good for kids.

Banana Pudding Parfait Pops

Serving Size : 12

2 bananas -- chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (3.4oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (8oz) pkg frozen whipped topping -- thawed
12 (5oz) paper cups
20 vanilla wafers -- crumbled
12 wooden craft sticks

Toss together chopped bananas and lemon juice. Prepare pudding according to pkg. directions; fold in whipped topping and banana. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into each paper cup. Sprinkle with vanilla wafer crumbs, and top evenly with remaining pudding mixture. Insert a craft stick in center of each cup; freeze until firm.
