Bacon Pineapple Cheese Ball
2 packages (8-ounce each) cream cheese softened 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple drained well 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper 2 tablespoons chopped onion 1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning salt 1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans 1 BLACK LABEL® Fully Cooked Bacon (3.5-ounce) package chopped
In large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in crushed pineapple, bell pepper, onion, seasoning salt, pecans, and bacon. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve with crackers.
