Jello Ice Cream

Mix together:
l (3 oz) box Jello, any flavor
1 1/4 cup boiling water mix
Stir in:
l pint of vanilla ice cream

Let stand 15 minutes.

Add:
l medium can pineapple crushed with juice

If using it for a side dish add l pkg of knox unflavored gelatin that has been mixed with 1/4 cup boiling water.

You can change this by using like lime Jello with mint ice cream or whatever other combinations you can come up with for different flavors of ice cream with Jello.
