GROUND BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 bag cole slaw mix
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
6 tbsp splenda

Brown ground beef and remove from pan.

Saute onion and cabbage until soft.

Add remaining ingredients, including beef, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
