Salmon with Balsamic Maple Glaze
4 salmon steaks or fillets (5 to 6 oz. each) salt and pepper 1/4 cup grapefruit or orange juice 1/4 cup maple syrup 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Season salmon steaks with salt and pepper.
Combine juice, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and garlic in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stir in oil.
Brush steaks with this glaze generously and often while grilling on medium high for about 10 minutes.
