Warm Peanut-Sesame Noodles
1/2 cup Skippy® Creamy or Super Chunk® Peanut Butter 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds (optional) 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 cup water 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
In 1-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients except spaghetti. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring frequently, 1 minute.
Immediately toss with hot spaghetti. Garnish, if desired, with chopped green onions.
