Golden Valley Mashed Potato Casserole
8 servings prepared instant mashed Idaho potatoes 8 oz. bacon, diced, cooked, drained 15 oz. whole kernel corn-canned-drained 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced 1/2 cup green pepper, diced 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Combine all ingredients. Place blended mixture into suitable casserole dish.
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes, covered.
