Mango Orange Smoothie
1 ripe mango, peeled and pit removed 1 cup fresh orange juice 1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt 1 tsp. honey
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree on HIGH speed until very smooth, about 60 to 90 seconds.
Pour into chilled glass and serve immediately.
