Whole Wheat Pancakes
1 cup whole wheat (not flour, just wheat) 1 1/2 cups milk, divided 1 egg 1/2 cup cooking oil 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 3 tsp. baking powder
Put wheat into your blender. Add 1 cup of the milk and blend at high speed for at least 3 minutes.
Add another 1/2 cup milk and blend for a minute or two longer.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Cook pancakes on hot griddle and serve.
