Tuna Pot Pie
1 can (12 ounces) canned tuna, drained 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 box (10 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 1 cup chopped cooked potato 1 roll (7-1/2 ounces) refrigerated biscuits, quartered
Heat oven to 375 degree F.
Heat soup, milk and onion powder in saucepan over medium-low heat until smooth. Stir in vegetables, tuna and potato. Continue cooking until mixture comes to a low boil.
Transfer to 1-1/2 quart casserole. Top with quartered biscuits.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
