Macaroni Mousse This is from the Sunsational by the Junior League of Orlando1 cup macaroni 1 1/2 cups milk, scalded 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated 1 small jar pimientos, drained and chopped 3 eggs, beaten 1 Tablespoon parsley, chopped 1 Tablespoon onion, chopped Paprika Prheat oven to 325 degrees F. Cook and drain the macaroni. Heat the milk. Add the remaining ingredients except paprika. Pour over the macaroni, mixing well. Place in a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until set, about 45 minutes. Servings: 6 to 8
