Black Bean Spirals
4 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 teaspoon onion salt 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained 3 flour tortilla (10-inch) salsa
Beat cheeses, sour cream and onion salt in small mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
Place beans in food processor container fitted with steel blade or blender; process until smooth.
Spread thin layer of beans onto each tortilla; spread cheese mixturre over beans. Roll tortillas up tightly; refrigerate 30 minutes.
Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Serve with salsa.
Makes 12 servings.
