Creamy Macaroon Indulgence
1 1/2 cups cold milk 1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream 2 Tablespoons almond liqueur* 1 pkg. (4-serving size) instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor 1/2 cup crumbled macaroon cookies
Mix together milk, sour cream and liqueur in small bowl until smooth.
Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Spoon 1/2 of the pudding mixture into individual dessert dishes. Sprinkle crumbled macaroons evenly over pudding. Top with remaining pudding.
Chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with additional cookies, if desired.
*1/4 teaspoon almond extract may be substituted for the almond liqueur.
