Asparagus Frittata Casserole
3 large eggs 1 1/2 cups 1% milk 1 tsp. salt 1 box (10 oz.) frozen deluxe asparagus spears, thawed 1/2 cup Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese, shredded
Pre-heat oven to 400F.
Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add milk and salt; blend thoroughly. Pour mixture into 9x13-inch greased baking pan; add asparagus. Top with grated cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until firm.
