Bake these in muffin tin, if you'd like.
Quindins
8 egg yolks
1 egg white
1/2 lb. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 small fresh coconut, shredded
Mix everything together well and put it in a mold greased with butter and dusted with sugar.
Bake in hot oven, in a bigger pan of hot water, for 1/2 hour or until set. Test with a toothpick which should emerge clean.
