(1 cup) shredded Cheddar and American cheese blend 16 dill pickle slices 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon sesame seed, if desired

Top each with 2 pickles. Fold dough in half over filling; press edges with fork to seal. Make 2 or 3 small slits in top of each for steam to escape. Brush each with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
Bake at 375F. for 18 to 22 minutes or until deep golden brown.
Tips: For quick last-minute prep, stir the ketchup and mustard into the cooked and drained ground beef and onion up to a day in advance. Cover and refrigerate it in a microwave-safe container until needed. Reheat the mixture in the microwave oven before spooning onto the dough.
