This is good on a relish tray--something a little different:

1 head cauliflower
3/4 c. Italian dressing
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

Wash and break cauliflower into flowerets. Cook in a small amount of water until tender-crisp (about 6-8 minutes). Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cauliflower. Toss lightly. cover and chill at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Drain before serving.

Yield: 18 appetizer servings
