A small cup of brewed espresso or other strong coffee also goes great with peanut butter. 1 1/2 cups soy milk 1/2 cup silken tofu 1/3 cup peanut butter 1 Tablespoon honey 1 banana 5 ice cubes Puree the soy milk and tofu in the blender until smooth, scraping down the sides once or twice. Add the remaining ingredients and puree once more until smooth and cold. Serve in small glasses. Servings: 4.
