Barbara's Salmon with Garlic

1 to 2 pounds salmon fillets
2 Tbsp minced garlic
3 Tbsp minced fresh Parsley or 1 to 2 Tbsp dried
2 to 3 Tbsp lemon juice (juice of 1/2 fresh lemon)
1 cup dry white wine
Salt and Pepper to taste
Butter

Place salmon fillets into pan, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Sprinkle garlic and parsley over each fillet. Pour wine around fillets, careful not to disturb garlic and seasonings on each fillet. Add 1 pat of butter to the top of each fillet.

Bake uncovered, 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

This could also be made with salmon steaks!
