Paradise Pudding

Mix together:
1 small (3 oz) package lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup pineapple juice

Refrigerate until it begins to thicken.

Whip jello then add the following:
2 cups miniature marshmallows
marachino cherries cut up (about 12-15)
1 dozen graham crackers, crumbled
4 slices pineapple, cut up

Then fold in:
1 cup (or more if desired) Cool Whip or whipped cream.
