CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD
1 can chicken chunks, or 1 breast cooked and cubed 1 can mandarin oranges 1 bag organic mixed spring greens 1/4 cup sliced almonds 1/4 cup chow mein noodles
Place greens in a bowl and sprinkle oranges, almonds and noodles on top drizzle with vinegrette and serve.
SESAME GINGER VINAIGRETTE: 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp honey 1/2 tsp dark sesame oil 1 tsp sesame seeds 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger 4 tbsp canola oil
Mix all and shake well. Store in refrigerator.
