I thought I would share one of my favorite Superbowl party recipes. Enjoy!

1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoni
1 sweet red or green pepper, chopped
4 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1-3/4 cups Prego spaghetti sauce
cubes Italian bread for dipping (you can use soft bread sticks and cut them up)

In 1-1/2 quart casserole, combine pepperoni and pepper. Cover with lid; microwave on high 3 minutes or until pepper is tender, stirring once during cooking. Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan cheese until smooth and well-blended. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Cover; microwave on high 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring once during cooking. Serve with bread cubes for dipping. Hope you enjoy this!
