FRESH WATERMELON FRUIT DIP
4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup powdered sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 cup sour cream
With an electric mixer, beat watermelon and cream cheese until smooth.
Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in sour cream.
Serve with a variety of fresh fruits.
