BUENA VISTA COCKTAIL

3 oz. Bacardi Limon
2 oz. club soda
Juice of 1 lime
1 Tbsp. superfine sugar
6 mint leaves
1 scoop ice
Lime juice and sugar (optional)
Lime slice, to garnish

Combine the rum, club soda, lime juice, superfine sugar, mint, and ice in a blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute.

Rim martini glass with lime juice and sugar. Pour into cocktail glass and garnish with lime slice.
