LEA & PERRINS ZESTY MEATLOAF

2 lbs Ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup dry plain breadcrumbs
1/3 cup L&P Worcestershire Sauce
1 shallot or onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup ketchup

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

In a 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, shape mixture into a loaf.

Sprinkle top with additional L&P Worcestershire Sauce.

Bake for 1 hour. Leave to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
