Crumb Cookies

These taste just like macaroons. Very easy to make.

2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut (long fancy is best)
1 cup dry bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar, coconut and crumbs. Stir well. Drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until they just start to brown.
