MY FAVORITE PASTA RECIPE

Maybe this sounds odd but instead of using a pasta sauce, I often drizzle soy sauce on cooked pasta with some butter. It adds a little color but a lot of taste... don't marinade in it! Pasta is not all that different from rice so why would soy sauce sound strange??? Try it!
