CINNAMON SUGAR BUTTER:
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon

Beat until thoroughly blended, mixture will be crumbly. Store in refrigerator.

Makes 2 1/2 Cups butter.

To make cinnamon toast, sprinkle liberally on bread and toast in oven.

STRAWBERRY BUTTER:
3/4 cup frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 cup butter, softened
3 tbsp confectioner's sugar

Mix ingredients in blender until smooth.

Delicious on homemade rolls or biscuits.

Makes about 1 cup
