I was confused part way through the recipe, it did not say how long to boil it for, and was I supposed to cover it after I boiled it and for how long? Anyway, I did make it, and still waiting for the results.Thank you for sharing. I have been looking for a rice pudding recipe that uses instant rice for a very long time. Allie, Ontario, Can.

I'm not sure if Kelly will see this so I'm going to jump in with an answer. I hope the recipe turns out good for you. For future reference, when recipe instructions are: Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. That means to bring the ingredients in the pan just to a boil and when they start to boil remove the pan from the heat. Usually if the recipe needs a certain amount of cook time the instructions will include that. The recipe doesn't include the amount of time to cover the pudding, but if you check the Minute Rice box the cover time for it is usually 5 minutes. I hope that's a help.
