ITALIAN MEAT BALLS
2 lbs lean ground beef 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan and Romano cheese combination 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs 1 cup milk 4 eggs, slightly beaten 6 large cloves crushed garlic or1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp chopped parsley 2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a shallow baking pan with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together well. Shape into balls.
Place meatballs in prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
