PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA CRUNCH
4 cups sliced bananas (6 medium) 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 1/3 cup chunk style peanut butter 1 tbsp butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place bananas in 8-inch round baking dish. Add lemon juice and cinnamon, stirring lightly to coat fruit.
In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in peanut butter and margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over bananas.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes.
