Lemon and Orange Delight
Crust: 2 sticks butter room temperature 4 T powdered sugar 2 C flour Filling: 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained juice reserved 1/4 C juice from mandarin oranges 1 tsp sugar 3 S tubs sour cream 1 box lemon instant pudding 1 bo french vanilla instant pudding Topping: 1 lg container cool whip 2 C sliced almonds, toasted
For crust mix all ingredients to form a dough. Press into bottom of a 9x13 inch greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool completely. For filling mix sour cream, 1/4 C juice and two cans oranges with dry pudding mixes. spread into prepared crust. Top with cool whip and sprinkle with almonds. Keep chilled.
