This is a family favorite!

Pistachio Salad

1 Large tub cool whip
1 large box pistachio pudding
1/2 C chopped pistachioes
1 heaping handful mini marshmallows
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix pudding and pineapple. Add remaining ingredients except 2 T pistachio nuts. Spoon into serving bowl and sprinkle with remaining nuts. Keep chilled.
