CHICKEN & RICE (OR NOODLES)
I use a whole chicken but you can use breast or thighs. Put chicken in crock pot and cover with 1 can cream of celery, & 1 can cream of chicken soup. Cook till chicken comes off bone easily. Bone and cut up chicken. Add to soup stock, thicken with flour if needed. Add a can of mushrooms, small can of English peas and pimentos for color. Serve over rice.
