Blueberry Corn Muffins
Box of Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 heaping cup of fresh or frozen blueberries (amt depends on your taste) Lemon juice Melted butter Sugar
Make muffin mix per directions on box. Add blueberries and mix gently. If using frozen berries, do NOT thaw. Bake per package directions using either regular size muffin pan or Texas size muffins pan. If all cups are not filled, add water to unfilled cups. When done, remove while hot. Dip tops in mix of melted butter and lemon juice. Then dip into sugar. Enjoy!!!
