APRICOT-ORANGE MOLD
1 1/2 cups apricot juice 1/2 cup water 1 (3 oz) pkg. lemon Jello 1 (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened 1 cup heavy cream, whipped 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Measure apricot juice and add 1/2 cup water; bring to a boil. Stir hot juice mixture into dry lemon jello until dissolved. Refrigerate until it begins to set.
Beat cream cheese and mix with Jello until smooth.
Whip cream and fold into Jello mixture.
Arrange drained orange slices in a mold and pour Jello mixture over. Refrigerate to set.
When firm, unmold onto plate and serve.
