THREE CHEESES FONDUE
2 cups (8 oz) shredded mild or sharp cheddar cheese 3/4 cup reduced-fat (2%) milk 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, cut into cubes 1/2 cup (2 oz) crumbled blue cheese 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon margarine 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper 4 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce DIPPERS: bread sticks and assorted fresh vegetables for dipping
Combine all ingredients except dippers in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring once or twice until cheese is melted and smooth.
Increase heat to high and cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until heated through.
Serve with bread sticks and fresh vegetables.
