HOT CRAB DIP
1 (8 oz) pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine 1 lb fresh crab meat (only the white meat) 1 small onion, finely chopped 3 shallots, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, very finely chopped Dash of hot sauce, to taste Pinch of Cayenne Pepper Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium saucepan, melt the cream cheese and butter over a very low heat.
Stir in the crab meat and the rest of the ingredients.
Serve warm with your favorite crackers.
