This is simply delicious!!
GOOEY FROSTING
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained 2 cups coconut 1 cup sugar 1 pound powdered sugar 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
Combine undrained pineapple, coconut, and sugar in a saucepan and cook until most of the liquid is reduced.
In a mixing bowl, cream together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and butter. Add to hot ingredients. Let cool before using to frost cake.
This is best using a cake mix with pudding added.
Bake the cake in a 9x13-inch pan and poke holes in the top of the cake before frosting.
Also great on top of Bundt cakes!
