CREAMY STYLE COLESLAW
DRESSING: 1/4 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons green pepper, minced 2 teaspoons sugar 2 teaspoons vinegar 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon celery seed dash powdered ginger dash of white pepper COLESLAW: 2 cups shredded cabbage 1/4 cup shredded carrots paprika (for garnish)
Combine dressing ingredients. Add cabbage and carrots.
Blend and refrigerate for a couple hours.
Decant into serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika.
