NO COOK MINTS
4 3/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted 1/3 cup corn syrup 1/4 cup butter, softened 1 tsp peppermint extract 1/2 tsp salt red and green food coloring
Combine first 5 ingredients and kneed until smooth. Divide into thirds.
Knead one drop of red food coloring into one third of the mints, one drop of green into one third and leave one third white.
Shape into small balls and flatten with a fork onto waxed paper lined baking sheets. Let dry several hours.
Yields 72 patties
